If you wish for complementary courses, we have extensive experience in developing academies and talent programmes with other clients.
A longer-term academy programme provides the opportunity for bridging between our different courses, so you get tools and theory completely under your skin – and cover multiple needs at once over a longer period. This could, for example, include:

Course run
Duration: 3+ days
The course programme consists of a mix of presentations, practical exercises and entertaining activities, seasoned with homework. With a multi-day course programme, employees are given the opportunity for long-term learning and not just inspiration on the day.
Where the course day provides training on the day and exercises to take home, the programme facilitates continuous learning through planned peer sparring, practical exercises between teaching days, and focused follow-up on the same.
Before the course begins, we interview relevant individuals and conduct questionnaire surveys and case studies with our trainees, enabling us to tailor the content and exercises to their daily lives.

Casing
Duration: 4-5 hours
You can choose case days as part of our course.
On the case study day, we take what you've learned, for example on day 1, and spend a whole day training all the tools in depth with a combination of professionally focused and informally relevant scenarios. This way, it will be even easier for you to apply theory and tools practically going forward.
We design the given cases based on your expertise, daily life and routines, as well as challenges.
Coaching sessions
Duration: 1-1½ hours per coaching session
It is also possible to combine course modules with coaching sessions. Here, each participant receives personal coaching within the given subject, as well as:
- Individual sparring on everyday situations
- Self-help and breaking down any barriers to specific situations
- A way to personalise learners' learning and development
- A personal goal for improving future development
