To succeed with a relatable presentation requires charismatic impact. That you communicate a message in a clear, visionary and inspiring way, which captures and motivates those you speak to, and which reduces uncomfortable and unnecessary friction.

Who is the course aimed at?

“Presentations to remember” is for those who want to become sharper at getting people to buy into your idea. The course is aimed at both smaller or larger groups of managers, engineers, or specialists, Those who wish to get better at presenting complex or technical topics in an easily understandable way. Presentation techniques can be advantageously combined with “Charismatic leadership” because you will both learn concrete tools for presenting and afterwards gain a deeper understanding of how to create drive and motivate the group.

Presentation techniques are about personal selling, selling knowledge and delivering messages. You will therefore learn how to communicate precisely that to a large audience – but also in more intimate situations where you have to present to an important person. 

The teaching consists of three essential parts and three optional ones.

 

After the course, you have therefore learned to:

  • create a lasting positive first impression and establish a strong relationship
  • train your vocal delivery and body language – and use them as tools in social interactions
  • convey clear messages, structure knowledge, and communicate in a way that captivates not only rationally but also emotionally

  • Remove or reduce elements that hinder your communication – e.g., stress and nervousness
  • Get the recipe for how you should construct and deliver a story that creates the best effect with your listeners
  • structure your argument and make use of different forms of appeal in the best possible way
  • Work on your personal presentation style
  • Learn to introduce yourself at the start of meetings, so partners or colleagues know exactly what you can offer and bring value.
  • build slideshows based on cognitive principles that ensure the recipient is captivated by the content and presentation

Power pitching – present your idea with conviction

You can choose to combine presentation skills training with “Power pitching” at pitch ideas with conviction. For example, we can put together a multi-day course where you work on both areas. 


Roughly outlined, “Presentations to Remember” takes its starting point from, How you are communicating, where “Power pitching” is about, What you communicate when you need to pitch yourself, your company, an idea or a project.


Therefore, we can teach you to have open body language and simultaneously draft, refine, and deliver a number of shorter pitches. This provides a good foundation for creating presentations that hit the mark, create relatability, and get the recipient to listen to you.
