At MB & Partners, we help talented people communicate effectively, lead charismatically, and build strong, long-lasting partnerships.
We give you and your colleagues the tools to become brilliant, inspiring, and charismatic leaders, negotiators, and communicators in no time – even if you are used to no one listening to you. And also if you feel that you barely have time for “that sort of thing” in your busy everyday life.
Far too much important knowledge is lost in communication between professionals because we don't understand each other.
Many engineers and specialists struggle to communicate their specialist knowledge effectively. Often, important information gets lost in translation, and inappropriate agendas are prioritised.
That's unfortunate.
This means that far too many collaborations fail, simply because the parties involved are unable to communicate constructively with each other.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
We've seen many of our trainees go out and communicate charismatically after the course – with huge gains as a result.
Take for example
- Engineering manager who was able to inspire their colleagues and gather focus and support for an important project that had never before
- IT Consultant presented the value in his project management system and acquired an important loyal customer, who was extremely satisfied
- The entrepreneur pitched his idea for a high-tech project to a non-tech investor and landed crucial funding
Many professionals have not received the training they deserve, and which is necessary to be able to convey something complex in a simple way.
A way to make others prick up their ears. A way that leads to long-lasting, profitable collaborations. A way that creates positive relationships both internally and externally within the company – and leads to strong bottom-line results.
Charisma is a valuable tool on par with other professional skills. But unfortunately, it's a tool that is very rarely ”on the agenda”. We want to change that.
Charismatic communication is effective communication
The techniques we present on our courses and lectures are based on scientific research.
They are tangible and easy to implement – and you can start communicating in a captivating and welcoming way as early as after the first day of the course.
In fact, our techniques are so easy and intuitive that our students often think, “Was that it?”
- And yes, that's all there is to it!
You CAN become a good leader and communicator.
You CAN inspire others with your technical knowledge.
You CAN get your colleagues and collaborators to understand that what you know is both important and relevant to them and your shared project.
