Leading is a complex task. The balance between setting the direction and simultaneously motivating has great importance for both the well-being and results of the company. Do you want to improve at building trust, being present, and creating leadership?
We will then meet you. With training in charismatic leadership, you will learn to create a clear direction and lead with impact and empathy for the group.
We give you the tools to step into your character.
On the course, you will learn at the entrance – not to become a leader. Through theory, exercises and tailored courses, you will become better at fostering a common driving force among employees, customers, colleagues, participants or members. We work with intrinsic drive and motivation through psychological mechanisms, behaviour and different forms of communication.

What does it mean to lead with charisma?
Many people believe that charisma is a magical personality trait or a talent that some people are born with. But like so many other human qualities, it's something we can learn.
When we meet a charismatic person, we naturally want to follow them. They possess a personal charisma that provides drive for the group and makes people feel recognised and supported.
When we talk about leading with charisma, it doesn't necessarily apply to a leader by title. It can just as easily be an informal leader who creates momentum and followership within the group.
If you train the charismatic fundamentals through concrete tools, you can ensure a good atmosphere and momentum on projects even more effectively and give the group a sense of moving forward together.
Who is the course intended for?
“Charismatic leadership” is also aimed at the informal leader, specialist, CEO or coordinator, who wishes to understand the underlying mechanisms of communication, behaviour and body language and create an advantage in both their professional and private lives.

Our teaching is based on a combination of relevant theory, exercises, and case discussions, where you gain practical experience in charismatic leadership.
The three charismatic features – power, warmth and presence – are largely found in our body language and way of thinking. In the teaching, we focus on how you have both a charismatic mindset and effective body language.
When we have finished the teaching, you will have learned to:
- understand what charisma is and to recognise charismatic behaviour
- Cut through and stick to your guns
- become better at showing understanding and compassion
- Prioritise the people around you and ensure they feel recognised
- overcome personal barriers to achieve charisma
- Understand the downsides and challenges for charismatic individuals
