Det er noget, du bygger. Langsomt. Gennem handlinger, n\u00e6rv\u00e6r og konsekvens.<\/p><p>Og som leder er det m\u00e5ske din vigtigste opgave: At skabe et rum, hvor folk t\u00f8r t\u00e6nke h\u00f8jt, sige fra og indr\u00f8mme fejl \u2013 uden at frygte for konsekvenserne. Det er det, vi kalder psykologisk tryghed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e50ff2f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e50ff2f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-xl\">Hvad er psykologisk tryghed?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d878b9e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d878b9e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Psykologisk tryghed handler om, at man som medarbejder f\u00f8ler sig sikker p\u00e5, at man ikke bliver ydmyget, straffet eller gjort til grin, hvis man kommer med en id\u00e9, stiller et sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l \u2013 eller indr\u00f8mmer en fejl.<\/p><p>Det lyder enkelt. Men det er det ikke. Vi arbejder mere tv\u00e6rfagligt, under mere tidspres og med f\u00e6rre klare svar. Hvis vi ikke t\u00f8r v\u00e6re \u00e6rlige, s\u00e5 risikerer vi fejl, misforst\u00e5elser og tab af b\u00e5de fart og kvalitet.<\/p><p>Og s\u00e5 risikerer vi noget andet \u2013 noget farligere: At medarbejdere lukker ned. Tr\u00e6kker sig. G\u00e5r i indre opsigelse.<\/p><p><b>Tre konkrete greb til at opbygge tryghed i dit team<\/b><\/p><p>1. Del dine egne fejl og usikkerheder.<\/p><p>Fort\u00e6l fx: \u201cJeg kom til at undervurdere den tidsplan \u2013 det er p\u00e5 mig. Hvad kan vi l\u00e6re af det?\u201d Det skaber en kultur, hvor det er okay ikke at v\u00e6re fejlfri.<\/p><p>2. Sp\u00f8rg aktivt efter input fra alle \u2013 ikke kun de hurtige stemmer.<\/p><p>\u201cHvad t\u00e6nker du, Amira? Du ser det tit fra en anden vinkel \u2013 det vil jeg gerne h\u00f8re.\u201d<\/p><p>3. Tak for kritik \u2013 og vis, at du tager den til dig.<\/p><p>Hvis nogen t\u00f8r sige, at noget ikke virker, s\u00e5 anerkend det. Det er modigt. Hun tolkede det som manglende engagement. Men da vi gravede dybere, viste det sig, at folk faktisk var bange for at sige noget forkert.<\/p><p>Vi arbejdede med at \u00e5bne m\u00f8derne med en check-in-runde, hvor alle blev inviteret til at dele en lille observation, refleksion eller fejl fra ugen. Efter f\u00e5 uger begyndte tonen at \u00e6ndre sig. Det blev lettere at sige \u201cdet ved jeg ikke\u201d \u2013 og lettere at sige \u201cjeg har en id\u00e9\u201d.<\/p><p>Psykologisk tryghed er ikke det samme som hygge. Det handler ikke om at pakke alt ind i vat. Det handler om at g\u00f8re det trygt at v\u00e6re \u00e6rlig \u2013 ogs\u00e5 n\u00e5r det er sv\u00e6rt.<\/p><p><b>Sp\u00f8rg dig selv:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Hvordan reagerer jeg, n\u00e5r nogen giver mig modspil?<\/li><li>Hvorn\u00e5r har jeg sidst sagt \u201cdet ved jeg faktisk ikke\u201d foran mit team?<\/li><li>Er der nogen i mit team, jeg h\u00f8rer for lidt fra? Hvorfor mon?<\/li><\/ul><p>De sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l er ikke kun refleksion.
