Men over tid, kan din (og andres) manglende tilstedev\u00e6relse have fatale konsekvenser for tilliden, samarbejdet og den overordnede medarbejdertilfredshed p\u00e5 din arbejdsplads.<\/p><p>For det sker ikke bare en gang imellem. Det sker hele tiden. Ogs\u00e5 i vores privatliv. Vi var gode til at m\u00f8des for at spise samme, spille br\u00e6tspil og nyde dybe samtaler.<\/p><p>Den aften gik der ikke mere end 30 minutter, s\u00e5 sad 4 ud af 5 med snuden begravet i telefonen.<\/p><p>Det slog mig, hvor hurtigt vi mennesker bliver fanget i mobil-boblen. Uanset hvor socialt kompetente vi er, eller hvor meget vi hygger os.<\/p><p>Jeg er ikke den eneste, der har haft denne tanke.<\/p><p>I et socialt eksperiment af <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2018\/08\/180810161553.htm\">American Psychological Association <\/a>(1), studerede man telefon-brugen af 300 personer p\u00e5 en restaurant. Halvdelen havde sin telefon med ind og spise, og den anden halvdel havde ladt mobilen blive derhjemme.<\/p><p>Dem der havde sin telefon med rapporterede at f\u00f8le sig mere distraherende og mindre tilfredse med deres bes\u00f8g i forhold til dem, der IKKE havde deres telefon med.<\/p><p>Og s\u00e5 t\u00e6nker du m\u00e5ske:<\/p><p>\u201cJamen, jeg bruger faktisk ikke min telefon s\u00e6rlig meget, s\u00e5 det g\u00e6lder nok ikke mig.\u201d<\/p><p>Det troede lederne af studiet ogs\u00e5.<\/p><p>Det viste sig dog, at selv minimal telefonbrug underminerede de positive aspekter af at interagere med andre mennesker.<\/p><p>Det er alts\u00e5 ikke muligt at multitaske, ikke engang en lille smule, uden at det p\u00e5virker din tilstedev\u00e6relse betydeligt.<\/p><p>Jovel, hjernen kan godt l\u00e6re at hoppe frem og tilbage mellem opgaver. Men den kan ikke multitaske, som vi ellers har tendens til at tro, den kan.<\/p><p>Det tager f.eks. mellem 11 og 22 min. at komme tilbage i fuldkomment flow efter at have skiftet &#8220;opgave&#8221; p\u00e5 arbejdet (2).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-27448b4 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"27448b4\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-6cebe21\" data-id=\"6cebe21\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84fea39 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"84fea39\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Uanset om du l\u00e6gger m\u00e6rke til det eller ej, holder din telefon dig fra at v\u00e6re tilstedev\u00e6rende i din dagligdag<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86b532d elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"86b532d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Vi lever i en digital tidsalder, hvor vi konstant bliver bombarderet med uendelige str\u00f8mme af notifikationer fra digitale enheder, herunder telefonen. If\u00f8lge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wired.co.uk\/article\/control-notifications\">engelsk studie<\/a> f\u00e5r smartphone-brugere i gennemsnit over 60 notifikationer per dag, og mange af dem, hvis ikke de fleste, er helt irrelevante (3).<\/p><p>Det leder op til en del afbrydelser p\u00e5 en dag. Og det g\u00f8r \u00e6gte tilstedev\u00e6relse til en af de allerst\u00f8rste udfordringer i dagens Danmark. Mange af os har sv\u00e6rt ved at l\u00e6gge vores telefon til side (eller slukke den). Ogs\u00e5 selvom vi udm\u00e6rket ved, at vi burde skrue ned for forbruget.<\/p><p>Men har du t\u00e6nkt over, hvordan din digitale adf\u00e6rd p\u00e5virker de mennesker, du interagerer med p\u00e5 daglig basis \u2013 f.eks. p\u00e5 dit arbejde?<\/p><p>Konsekvenserne vil m\u00e5ske overraske dig. Men f\u00f8r vi dykker ned i dem, s\u00e5 lad mig stille dig et sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l til selvrefleksion:<\/p><p><strong>Hvilket budskab tror du, det sender til det menneske, der sidder over for dig, n\u00e5r du sidder med snuden begravet i din telefon?<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\">Brug lige et par sekunder p\u00e5 at reflektere over det. Og l\u00e6s s\u00e5 videre.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-c238cf8\" data-id=\"c238cf8\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-7df935d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7df935d\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-70318f0\" data-id=\"70318f0\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-669f068 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"669f068\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>\u201cDet modsatte af k\u00e6rlighed er ikke had, det er ligegyldighed.\u201d<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6dfee44 elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6dfee44\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Disse ord kommer fra den j\u00f8diske holocaust-overlever, forfatter og nobelpristager, Elie Wiesel.<\/p><p>M\u00e5ske har du h\u00f8rt dem f\u00f8r.<\/p><p>Men har du nogensinde t\u00e6nkt over, at du, hver gang du ikke er fuldt ud tilstede med dine kollegaer og medmennesker, kommunikerer at du er ligeglad med dem?<\/p><p>Du kommunikerer alts\u00e5 det modsatte af k\u00e6rlighed og omsorg \u2013 et af de mest centrale menneskelige behov.<\/p><p>Der er lavet flere studier med, hvad der sker med os mennesker, n\u00e5r vi ikke f\u00e5r dette behov opfyldt.<\/p><p>Her er et par stykker:<\/p><p>Et <a href=\"https:\/\/psykveje.systime.dk\/?id=5130\">studie omkring omsvorgssvigt<\/a>\u00a0af forsker Ren\u00e9 Spitzsom, studerede b\u00f8rn p\u00e5 b\u00f8rnehjem i Rum\u00e6nien. Den ene gruppe af b\u00f8rn var blevet helt afsk\u00e5ret fra al menneskelig kontakt. De havde seng, mad og varmt t\u00f8j. Den anden gruppe havde derimod f\u00e5et socialt n\u00e6rv\u00e6r og opm\u00e6rksomhed. Gruppen der ikke fik social kontakt, lagde sig i fosterstilling og kunne ikke fungere uden social kontakt (4). Studiet p\u00e5viste at vi mennesker har brug for tilstedev\u00e6relsen. Kontakten med hinanden. For ellers skaber det degraderende reaktioner.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/news.harvard.edu\/gazette\/story\/2017\/04\/over-nearly-80-years-harvard-study-has-been-showing-how-to-live-a-healthy-and-happy-life\/\">Et andet studie<\/a> fra Harvard Business School unders\u00f8gte hvad der skaber selvopholdelseskraft og et gladere liv. Forsker, Robert Waldinger, fandt at vi f\u00e5r et bedre og sundere liv gennem n\u00e6re, positive relationer, som er en afg\u00f8rende faktor. Mennesker der har st\u00e6rke, n\u00e6re relationer, bliver \u00e6ldre, har et sundere helbred, og velfungerende psyke. Hvorimod folk som ikke havde n\u00e6re relationer, m\u00e5lte lavere p\u00e5 de faktorer. For deres stamme har ikke brug for dem p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5de (5). Det er derfor vigtigt at v\u00e6lge hvor man s\u00e6tter sin opm\u00e6rksomhed og prioritere dem man er sammen med og t\u00e6t p\u00e5, i stedet for perifere i sit netv\u00e6rk man pludselig modtager en besked fra.<\/p><p>Manglende tilstedev\u00e6relse spiller alts\u00e5 en k\u00e6mpe rolle i den stigning, vi ser i stress p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet i dag.<\/p><p>Medarbejderne f\u00f8ler sig simpelthen udsultet for omsorgsfuld opm\u00e6rksomhed. M\u00e5ske helt ubevidst.<\/p>\n<p>Men det er vigtigt at v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, hvilke konsekvenser din manglende tilstedev\u00e6relse kan have for dine kollegaer og for arbejdsmilj\u00f8et generelt.<\/p>\n<p>Ellers bliver der ikke rettet op p\u00e5 status quo.<\/p>\n<h3>Vidste du f.eks. at \u2026 ?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hver femte dansker begrunder deres seneste jobskifte med, at de var utilfredse med deres chef. (If\u00f8lge en <a href=\"https:\/\/nyheder.tv2.dk\/samfund\/2019-07-12-chefer-faar-danskerne-til-at-skifte-job-muligvis-er-for-mange-af-dem-intrigante\">unders\u00f8gelse foretaget af Voxmeter<\/a>) (7).<\/li>\n<li>50 \u2013 60 procent af det samlede sygefrav\u00e6r skyldes d\u00e5rligt psykisk arbejdsmilj\u00f8, og<\/li>\n<li>Det koster op mod 1 mio. kr. at have en langtidssygemeldt medarbejder. (If\u00f8lge <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stressforeningen.dk\/stress-og-statistik\/\">stressforeningen<\/a>) (8).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jeg vil vove at p\u00e5st\u00e5, at disse tal ville v\u00e6re meget p\u00e6nere, hvis blot vi skabte de rigtige rammer for at v\u00e6re ordentligt til stede med hinanden, n\u00e5r vi g\u00e5r p\u00e5 arbejde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tilstedev\u00e6rende mennesker fungerer nemlig stress-forebyggende for dem selv.
