Men det er ikke alle, der rent faktisk form\u00e5r at lede deres f\u00f8lgere.<\/p><p class=\"\">Det er ikke fordi, jeg skal st\u00e5 og pege fingre. For jeg har stor respekt for alle, der p\u00e5tager sig opgaven at lede andre. Det er ikke nogen nem opgave. God ledelse er en sv\u00e6r disciplin, man ikke kommer sovende til.<\/p><p class=\"\">Det ved alle, der har b\u00f8rn.<\/p><p class=\"\">Men hvis vi lige vender tilbage til arbejdspladsen; pr\u00f8v s\u00e5 at huske tilbage p\u00e5 nogle af de ledere, du selv har haft i l\u00f8bet af din karriere.<\/p><p class=\"\">Var de alle lige gode?<\/p><p class=\"\">Nok ikke helt.<\/p><p class=\"\">Nogle ledere f\u00e5r tildelt lederrollen, fordi de har klaret sig godt i deres job og bliver forfremmet.<\/p><p class=\"\">Men det betyder ikke, at de har l\u00e6rt, hvordan de skal lede andre mennesker.<\/p><p class=\"\">Desv\u00e6rre f\u00e5r de f\u00e6rreste ledere den n\u00f8dvendige tr\u00e6ning, som g\u00f8r dem i stand til at lede mere effektivt og smertefrit.<\/p><p class=\"\">P\u00e5 den anden ende af spektret, finder vi ogs\u00e5 de mennesker, der aldrig har f\u00e5et tildelt rollen som leder (ikke s\u00e5dan officielt i hvert fald). Men alligevel ender de med at blive den uofficielle leder.<\/p><p class=\"\">Den som hele flokken f\u00f8lger.<\/p><p class=\"\">Og p\u00e5 et eller andet tidspunkt ender mange af disse uofficielle ledere med at f\u00e5 ledertitlen tildelt, netop fordi det var umuligt ikke at give den til dem.<\/p><p class=\"\">Jeg kalder den sidstn\u00e6vnte gruppe for <strong>de naturlige ledere<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"\">Ikke fordi det kommer naturligt til dem at lede (selvom det sagtens kan virke s\u00e5dan). Men fordi de f\u00e5r mennesker til<strong> helt naturligt at f\u00f8lge dem<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"\">Alle kan blive en naturlig leder. Det er ikke noget du bliver f\u00f8dt til at v\u00e6re.<\/p><p class=\"\">Der findes nogle helt bestemte f\u00e6rdigheder, som automatisk g\u00f8r dig til den naturlige leder. De styrer. (Deraf ordet manager, som betyder \u201cden der styrer&#8221; p\u00e5 engelsk)<\/p><p class=\"\">Og der er en v\u00e6sentlig forskel p\u00e5 de to ting.<\/p><p class=\"\">(Hvis du f\u00f8ler dig lidt ramt her, s\u00e5 bliv h\u00e6ngende. For l\u00e6ngere nede i artiklen fort\u00e6ller jeg, hvordan du bliver den naturlige leder i flokken \u2013 den uformelle leder i gruppen \u2013 uanset om du har f\u00e5et ledertitlen tildelt eller bare \u00f8nsker at andre skal opdage dit lederpotentiale.)<\/p><p class=\"\">Den naturlige leder f\u00e5r folk f\u00f8lge med, fordi de har lyst.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\">Den hierarkiske leder derimod (som kun er leder af titel) f\u00e5r folk til at f\u00f8lge pga. frygt for hvad, der ellers ville ske, hvis de ikke gjorde det.<\/p><p class=\"\">Eller ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5r de bare slet ikke folk til at f\u00f8lge. Hvilket kan v\u00e6re utrolig frustrerende<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6dc6353 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6dc6353\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHvordan ser en naturlig leder ud?\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da06ec6 elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da06ec6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"\">Robin Hood er et godt eksempel p\u00e5 den naturlige leder. Han blev aldrig bef\u00f8jet nogen titel. Alligevel form\u00e5ede han at lede en stor gruppe af lovl\u00f8se, alene fordi de var draget til ham.<\/p><p class=\"\">Robin Hood er karismatisk. Han bruger alle tre elementer af karisma til at lede flokken af lovl\u00f8se: Han er tilstedev\u00e6rende, empatisk og udviser gennemslagskraft.<\/p><p class=\"\">Og det f\u00e5r folket til at lytte til ham.<\/p><p class=\"\">(Plus han er brand skarp med en bue. Hvem bliver ikke imponeret af d\u00e9t?)<\/p><p class=\"\">I samme historie finder vi ogs\u00e5 den hierarkiske leder.<\/p><p class=\"\">Prins John, der ikke har meget held med at lede. P\u00e5 trods af det officielt er ham, der sidder ved magten.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\">Prins John er nemlig gr\u00e5dig og egoistisk. Han styrer kongeriget gennem vold og frygtindgydelse, og han opkr\u00e6ver urimelige skatter for at tilfredsstille hans egne behov, uden at t\u00e6nke p\u00e5 andre.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\">(For lige at v\u00e6re helt fair, s\u00e5 er der nok en grund til at gode gamle John er, som han er.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\">Han har nogle<\/p><p class=\"\">dybereliggende psykologiske udfordringer, der g\u00f8r at han agerer, som han g\u00f8r. Men det \u00e6ndrer jo ikke ved, at ingen har lyst til at blive ledt af ham.<\/p><p class=\"\">S\u00e5 hvis du g\u00e5r og tumler med noget derhjemme, s\u00e5 h\u00e5ber jeg, at du vil prioritere dig selv f\u00f8r du l\u00e6gger for mange kr\u00e6fter i at g\u00e5 efter at blive den naturlige leder \u2013 s\u00e5 bliver det nemmere b\u00e5de for dig, og dem du skal lede&#8230;)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6b94bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d6b94bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tS\u00e5dan bliver du Robin Hood i dit team\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57e23dc elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"57e23dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"\">Jeg g\u00e6tter p\u00e5, at du ikke har lyst til at lede hierarkisk, ligesom Prins John.<\/p><p class=\"\">(Godt for dig! Det er alligevel ikke en s\u00e6rlig effektiv m\u00e5de, da du skal bruge det meste af tiden p\u00e5 at h\u00e5ndtere klager og s\u00e6tte rebeller bag l\u00e5s og sl\u00e5.)<\/p><p class=\"\">\u201cS\u00e5 hvordan bliver jeg Robin Hood i mit team?\u201d sp\u00f8rger du.<\/p><p class=\"\">Nu skal du h\u00f8re:<\/p><p class=\"\">Du har allerede l\u00e6rt de tre karismatiske kerneelementer:<\/p><ol data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"\">Gennemslagskraft<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Empati<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Tilstedev\u00e6relse<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"\">(Ja, det er nemlig dem Robin Hood besidder)<\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>N\u00e6ste skridt er at s\u00e6tte dem i spil.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\">Den bedste m\u00e5de at g\u00f8re dette p\u00e5, er at \u00f8ve et grundtr\u00e6k ad gangen. F\u00e5 mere gennemslagskraft med dit kropssprog\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95afd97 elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"95afd97\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"\">Dit kropssprog siger meget om din autoritet. Det sender et tydeligt signal til folk om, at du er v\u00e6rd at lytte til. (Carney et al. 2010; Cuddy et al. 2017)<\/p><p class=\"\">Vores hjerner opfanger lynhurtigt de sm\u00e5 signaler og overs\u00e6tter dem til ford\u00f8mmelse:\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\">\u201cHov! Ham der virker usikker p\u00e5 sig selv. S\u00e5 er han nok ikke v\u00e6rd at lytte til.\u201d<\/p><p class=\"\">Ser du derimod en person, der virker selvsikker, ja s\u00e5 f\u00e5r den person helt automatisk mere taletid hos dig. Det er ikke noget at skamme sig over. Du kan nemlig bruge det til din fordel. Ved at vise interesse over for andre. (Nej\u2026 ikke den slags interesse!)<\/p><p class=\"\">Sp\u00f8rg ind til folk, og endnu vigtigere; lyt til hvad de fort\u00e6ller dig. Folk f\u00f8ler sig ikke set og h\u00f8rt, hvis du sp\u00f8rger dem om det samme hver dag. Sp\u00f8rg ind til familie, venner, hobbyer, passioner og ambitioner.<\/p><p class=\"\">Kompliment\u00e9r dem og giv dem et klap p\u00e5 skulderen, n\u00e5r du ser de g\u00f8r noget godt. Det kan f\u00e5 dig til at f\u00f8le dig s\u00e5rbar. Og det er grunden til, at mange synes, det er gr\u00e6nseoverskridende at holde \u00f8jenkontakt mere end 2-3 sekunder.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\">Men dine \u00f8jne afsl\u00f8rer, hvor din opm\u00e6rksomhed er.<\/p><p class=\"\">Er du \u00e5ben og interesseret? S\u00e5 s\u00f8ger du \u00f8jenkontakt.<\/p><p class=\"\">Er du lukket og optaget?
